Carrier equipment comes standard with a 1 year labor warranty and 5 year parts warranty. It is very important that you, the homeowner, register your equipment with Carrier. You must do this within 90 days of when your equipment was installed. When you do so, it doubles your parts warranty to 10 years on most equipment! Milwaukie Heating & Cooling offers enhanced warranty package options to cover the labor charges as well from years 2-10, giving you a true “No Worries” warranty program.
